I hereby acknowledge that the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service (books, sold books, electronic data, and computer access) is for my exclusive use only.

I also acknowledge that if I share any Kosciusko Board of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service data or give any such information to anyone not entitled to this information, I can be pursued and found in violation of state and federal laws.

In addition, I acknowledge that up to a $10,000 fine ($1000 1^st offense and 30 day MLS suspension, $5000 2^nd offense and 60 day MLS suspension, $10,000 3^rd offense and permanent MLS suspension) could be assessed for divulging my password to the MLS system, or distributing any Kosciusko Board of REALTORS MLS books or data to any unauthorized person.

I acknowledge that if token is lost or misplaced a $100 fee will be incurred for replacement token. If lost token is found a $25 re-activation fee will be assessed.

PLEASE NOTE: When terminating your membership with the association it is your responsible to return your key token to the Association office, if you fail to do so you will be billed a $50.00 fee.
